Returns Policy
- We are sorry but all Sample/Decants are sold as is and are not returnable for hygienic and safety reasons. We simply cannot resell used samples, I'm sure you can understand that.
- If you really cannot tolerate the smell of your new fragrance then we may at our discretion, authorize the return and will refund the original selling price minus 25% and minus original shipping costs. You must request a return within fourteen(14) days. We want to work with you and to make sure you are a satisfied customer!
- Product(s) must not be altered or tampered with in any fashion. If returned item(s) are deemed altered or tampered with at our discretion we will not issue refund and the buyer must pay return shipping costs to have item(s) returned if so desired.
- Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Original Shipping Costs are not refundable despite being included in the original price on any returned products for refund.
- Original Payment Processing Fee of 3% is not refundable on any returned products for refund.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days.
- Please Email sales@fragnanimous.com and request pre-authorization. If the product is used or damaged we will only refund a portion of the original price at our discretion.
- Keep the original packaging intact to make it easier if you need to return any item(s)!
