We are sorry but all Sample/Decants are sold as is and are not returnable for hygienic and safety reasons. We simply cannot resell used samples, I'm sure you can understand that.
You may return item(s) within 14 days if the package is not opened and is in it's original condition.
If you really cannot tolerate the smell of your new fragrance then we will authorize the return and will refund the original selling price minus 25% plus original shipping costs. We want to work with you and to make sure you are a satisfied customer!
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
